Kindergarten is an exciting time.
Your child will begin with many feelings. Excitement, sadness, happiness, fear,
nervousness and more. By the end of the year, your child will become a child of
growth and confidence. Over the past 5 years of teaching Kindergarten I have
had fails and successes. Each of them I have taken in and learned from, which
has just made me a better teacher each year. This is the same for your child.
Your child may struggle in the beginning, but use the struggles to strive for
the better. I have had students that come into my class with minimal knowledge
of basic skills. These students struggled, but in time, as I kept on striving
with the kids they began understanding those skills that were so difficult. I
would encourage and celebrate their success, providing them with confidence.
Always keep your child growing!
